Tuż za nią uplasowali się Kendrick Lamar (osiem), Adele i Brandi Carlile (po siedem). Future, Harry Styles, Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled, Terius "The-Dream" Gesteelde-Diamant oraz Randy Merrill mają szansę na zgarnięcie sześciu statuetek. Jay-Z, który powalczy w pięciu kategoriach, stał się wraz z Beyoncé najczęściej nominowanym artystą w historii. Oboje mają po 88 (!) wyróżnień.
Co ciekawe, Beyoncé będzie miała szansę na "zrewanżowanie" się Adele. W 2017 roku artystki konkurowały ze sobą w kategoriach Nagranie Roku, Piosenka Roku i Album Roku. Wtedy zwycięsko wyszła z tego brytyjska gwiazda, która nie kryła zdziwienia i wprost uznała, że statuetki należały się Queen Bey i jej albumowi "Lemonade".
