Polling stations never opened on Sunday, a day that will go down in history books.

The State Electoral Commission on Sunday announced that within two weeks the Speaker of Parliament had to set a new presidential election date.

The electoral commission said in its resolution that “on May 10, the date set for presidential elections in Poland, there was no possibility for voting on any of the candidates, a fact which is equivalent to there being no candidates.”
