In the premier mountain resort of Zakopane, in the country's south, the screens will be located at the main promenade Krupówki.

Up north, movies can be watched at the iconic wooden pier in the seaside resort of Sopot.

Meanwhile, in the northeast Masurian Lake District, cinema buffs can gather by Lake Niegocin in Giżycko where films can also be viewed from the comfort of moored yachts.

Now in its 17th year, this popular high-season event offers free film viewings, although a ticket is required to access the Sopot Pier. Screenings will begin just after sunset, creating a magical evening atmosphere.

The schedule features themed days:

Monday: Family Movies - perfect for all ages

Tuesday: "We Love Cinema" with films celebrated at major global festivals

Wednesday: "Made in Poland" showcasing notable Polish productions

Thursday: "Good Decisions" with films carrying positive messages

Friday: "Oscar Fridays" featuring Academy Award-winning films

Saturday: "Max Movie Hits" focusing on entertainment

Sunday: "Woman with a Camera" highlighting exceptional female filmmakers

The festival lineup includes well-known titles such as Pulp Fiction, Good Will Hunting, The Goonies, The Shawshank Redemption, The Matrix, Batman Begins, and Legally Blonde as well as the Polish-made Kiler.
