Polish president begins visit to Ukraine, lays flowers at wall of remembrance in Kyiv

President Andrzej Duda's visit to Ukraine commenced on Saturday, as announced by the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Upon his arrival in Kyiv, President Duda laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance of Those Fallen for Ukraine.

The Chancellery shared on the "X" platform that the Polish president is participating in the celebrations marking the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine's Independence. The announcement was accompanied by a video of President Duda's arrival in Ukraine.

The visit to Kyiv marks President Duda's fifth trip to Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion on February 24, 2022.
