At 6:43 AM, an unidentified object crossed into Polish airspace near the Ukrainian city of Czerwonograd. After flying approximately 25 kilometers over Poland, it disappeared from radar.

Despite confirmation from at least three radar stations, the object was not tracked by aircraft or helicopters. In response to the incident, a search operation was launched involving 75 soldiers, including Territorial Defense Forces and military helicopters.

Intensive searches are underway in the Tyszowce area, located about 25 km south of Hrubieszów in southeastern Poland, for the object that entered Polish airspace. Soldiers are also considering the possibility that the object may have turned back and left Polish territory.

General Maciej Klisz from Poland's Armed Forces Operational Command stated that the object crossing the Polish border is not a missile but is likely an unmanned aerial vehicle.

It has been classified as an Unidentified Aerial Object (UAO) according to current procedures. General Klisz confirmed at a press conference that the object was under full control and that he was prepared to shoot it down.

Lieutenant Colonel Jacek Goryszewski, head of the press office at Poland's Armed Forces Operational Command, stated that the operation commander was ready to authorize the shoot-down, but it did not occur because, under the law, visual identification is required.

This means that, in peacetime, the military must ensure that they are not targeting a civilian object. The military lost contact with the tracked object around 7 AM.
