The award, given to individuals who have had a significant impact on public affairs in Central and Eastern Europe, was presented to Kosiniak-Kamysz on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Foundation for the Development of Cardiac Surgery in Zabrze, southern Poland, was recognised as the Nongovernmental Organisation of the Year, while Budimex, a leading Polish construction company, was named Company of the Year, state news agency PAP reported.
The Karpacz Economic Forum, often dubbed the "Polish Davos," is the largest conference of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, according to its organisers.
It attracts thousands of attendees, including senior politicians, parliamentarians, business leaders and cultural figures.
Previous recipients of the forum's Man of the Year award include Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski.
The conference, organised annually by the Institute for Eastern Studies Foundation, a Warsaw-based NGO, runs until Friday.
