The results show that 13 percent of Poles believe Duda did the most for the country last year, state news agency PAP reported.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk came in second with 12 percent, while lower-house Speaker and presidential candidate Szymon Hołownia ranked third, with 4 percent.
Meanwhile, US President-elect Donald Trump was voted international politician of the year, earning admiration from 14 percent of respondents.
Outgoing US President Joe Biden placed second among international leaders, with 9 percent, followed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, with 5 percent, the PAP news agency reported.
