Several fragments fell in western Poland near Poznań, including one found on the property of a private company in Komorniki.

The minister has instructed the legal department to identify all affected individuals and invite them for consultations to determine their needs and the appropriate course of action.

When asked whether compensation should come from the U.S., as Falcon 9 belongs to an American company, he stated it was too early to make that determination.

The politician emphasized that legal experts at the Ministry of Defense will assist those whose property has been damaged and ultimately decide how and from whom to pursue potential claims.

Debris from a Falcon rocket may have fallen in Będzimierowice, near Czersk in northern Poland. Early Thursday morning, an unidentified object crashed into a pond on private property. A local resident reported the incident to authorities. Debris from a Falcon rocket may have fallen in Będzimierowice, near Czersk in northern Poland.
