Investigators allege that the university offered fast-track, fraudulent MBA programs that facilitated career advancement in public administration and state-owned companies, often without proper educational requirements.
The Fire Academy, formerly known as the Main School of Fire Service, collaborated with Collegium Humanum, allowing its officers to enroll in these programs. The case is ongoing, and prosecutors are encouraging those involved to come forward to avoid criminal liability.
"The arrests are part of the CBA's investigation into irregularities at Collegium Humanum. So far, 58 individuals have been charged with 321 offenses," confirmed Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior and the Minister for Special Services Coordination.
