"Poland expressed gratitude to the United States for the invitation to participate, at all levels, in the work of the G20 during the U.S. Presidency. In turn, the United States expressed strong support for Poland's accession to the G20 as a permanent member"

- the statement said.

The document was published on the US State Department website, although the talks which were a part of the 16th round of the Strategic Dialogue between the United States and Poland, took place in Warsaw. The dialogue was chaired by Allison Hooker, US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, and Robert Kupiecki, Poland's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The document also included provisions on strengthening cooperation between Poland and the United States in defense, energy, economics, and securing rare earth minerals.
