Poland expects 14 of the aircraft to be delivered by the end of the year.
The jets arrived on Polish Air Force Day.
Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz marked the delivery on social media, calling the five aircraft "a good number for Poland's security."
Poland signed a USD 4.6 billion contract in 2020 for 32 F-35s, known in Polish as "Husarz."
The first three arrived in Łask in May; deliveries are due to run until 2029, with 12 more expected by the end of 2027.
The fifth-generation, US-built stealth jets, manufactured by Lockheed Martin, are considered a major upgrade for Poland's air force.
They can be equipped with long-range and air-to-air missiles, as well as guided bombs.
The Łask base commander, Colonel Krzysztof Duda, said the new jets would first undergo an acceptance and audit process before entering training and later operational service.
Some of the aircraft will eventually also be deployed to the 21st Tactical Air Base in Świdwin, northwestern Poland, which is being upgraded to host the strike fighters.
