Local prosecutors have opened an investigation.
The blaze broke out at a production and storage facility making components for aircraft and helicopters, according to media reports.
It took around 60 firefighters seven hours to bring it under control, and the building's roof collapsed in the heat.
Initial damage estimates stand at PLN 30 million (nearly EUR 7 million).
The fire follows a separate incident days earlier at a factory in Skarżysko-Kamienna, south-central Poland, belonging to the WB Group, which produces components for drones and unmanned ground vehicles
No one was injured, as the plant was closed at the time.
Poland's Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński, said that blaze was also likely arson, though those responsible have yet to be identified.
Investigations into both incidents are ongoing.
