Authorities ruled out radiological, biological and chemical hazards as well as the presence of explosives, Lt. Col. Dariusz Rozkosz, a spokesman for the military police, said in a post on X.
"Initial findings indicate that the object found was a small aircraft made of styrofoam, unarmed and showing no signs of being designed for combat," Rozkosz wrote.
He said the object had been "secured for further laboratory testing."
It was found on Wednesday on an uninhabited property in Lubaczów, a small town near the Ukrainian border. No one was injured.
