Poland’s Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak and UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace are also expected to talk about further military cooperation between the two countries, according to the Polish defence ministry.
The meeting comes after British Prime Minister Boris Johnson visited Warsaw earlier this month for talks with his Polish counterpart Mateusz Morawiecki about Russia's war on Ukraine.
The two prime ministers at the time discussed ways of strengthening the eastern flank of NATO amid Russia's invasion of Poland's eastern neighbour, officials said.
NATO defence ministers meeting in Brussels on Wednesday pledged more arms supplies to Ukraine to help it fight Russia.
Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden pledged an additional USD 800 million in security assistance to Ukraine, news agencies reported. The new package includes drones and anti-armour systems.
At the request of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the United States will help Ukraine acquire additional long-range missile anti-aircraft systems, the Reuters news agency reported.
