Duda is scheduled to meet with Slovakia's President Zuzana Čaputová, Prime Minister Eduard Heger and parliamentary Speaker Boris Kollár as part of efforts to coordinate international assistance to war-torn Ukraine, Polish state news agency PAP reported.

The Polish president's foreign policy adviser Jakub Kumoch told reporters on Tuesday that the sole focus of Duda's visit would be "mutual cooperation in helping Ukraine" as it fights off Russia's invasion.

He added that Duda "has been making many such trips recently," including one to the Czech Republic at the end of last month.

Kumoch also announced that Duda would visit Estonia on Friday.

"This is a series of visits by the president to countries in the region aimed at coordinating cooperation and aid for Ukraine," Kumoch told reporters.
