Singapore is at the top of the global ranking, enabling their passport holders to travel visa-free to 195 destinations worldwide, while Japan is runner-up, with 193 destinations, CNN reported.
Further down the top 10 list, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Finland and South Korea are tied in third place, with 192 destinations, while Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway are all together in the No. 4 slot, according to the cnn.com website.
The UK is in fifth place, alongside New Zealand, Belgium, Portugal and Switzerland, while Greece and Australia share the No. 6 spot, according to a report by London-based global citizenship and residence advisory firm Henley & Partners.

The firm's Henley Passport Index, based on data provided by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), has been regularly monitoring the world's most travel-friendly passports since 2006, CNN reported.
Poland shares seventh place with Canada and Malta, with access to 188 destinations visa-free, while the Czech Republic and Hungary are tied at No. 8, followed by the United States and Estonia in ninth position, with 186 destinations.
Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia and the United Arab Emirates round out the top 10, with 185 destinations.
Afghanistan sits at the bottom of the index of 227 countries and territories. Its citizens can access just 26 countries without requiring a visa in advance, CNN reported on Wednesday.
