The End of COVID?

The Director General of the World Health Organisation (WHO) has suggested a date for the end of COVID19.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the Director General of the World Health Orgnisation, has said that he expects 2023 to be announced as the year COVID ended.

"Last Saturday was three years since the the World Health Organisation declared COVID to be a pandemic," he said.  Tedros added he was extremely happy to report that the number of COVID fatalities has for the first time in those three years dropped below the level when the pandemic announcement was made.
