The Polish Brazilian community thus accomplished “an unprecedented thing in its history,” according to one of its members.
The idea was initiated by Fabricio Wichrowski, a representative of the Polish ethnic group at the Collegiate for Linguistic Diversity in Rio Grande do Sul.
As he currently lives in Poland, Wichrowski visited our studio to share this fascinating story of Polish heritage in Brazil with Radio Poland's Ada Janiszewska.
