According to Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza, Duda will attend a presidential event hosted by Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, alongside politicians including Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
Duda, an ally of the opposition right-wing Law and Justice (PiS) party, did not consult with the government prior to planning the trip, the paper said on its website.
In preparation, Duda aides were instructed to share details of the visit only with a select group of trusted journalists who are expected to travel with him, according to the wyborcza.pl website.
Duda will return to Poland on November 11, Gazeta Wyborcza said.
The Polish foreign ministry declined to comment on the report.
"The ministry does not comment on the president's actions," spokesman Paweł Wroński told public broadcaster Polish Radio in response to an inquiry.
Duda and Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Wednesday congratulated Trump on winning the US presidential election.
