"I condemn in strongest terms the heinous attacks at Kabul airport that resulted in dozens of casualties, including US army soldiers, our Allies," Duda said in a tweet late on Thursday.
"My prayers go to the families of those affected by this act of cowardice," he added.
"Poland stands with our US and Afghani friends," he also said.
A twin suicide bombing attack in Kabul claimed by Islamic State killed 13 US troops and wounded 18 others, officials said, adding that American forces anticipated more attacks even as evacuations continued from Afghanistan.
The bombing attack represented the deadliest incident for American troops in Afghanistan in a decade, the Reuters news agency reported.
In remarks from the White House on Thursday, US President Joe Biden vowed to retaliate for the terrorist attack.
"We will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay," he said.
