According to the Polish foreign ministry, the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) meeting will also focus on "the situation in Afghanistan as well as energy and climate diplomacy."
During the gathering, EU foreign ministers are expected to have "an informal lunch" with Moldova’s top diplomat Nicolae Popescu.
On the sidelines of the event, they will also meet with Russian chess icon and human rights activist Garry Kasparov, the Polish foreign ministry said.
Later this week, Poland's Rau plans to travel to the United States to address the United Nations Security Council on the first anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Monday is day 362 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
