In Wednesday's Rzeczpospolita, the middle-of-the-road Polish daily, journalist Rusłan Szoszyn has written an article criticising Zelensky's "mistakes" in Ukrainian-Polish relations, above all his escalation of the grain crisis when Polish allies are in the middle of a bitter and tight election battle.

A more neutral position is taken by the pro-PiS WPolityce, where Zelensky's position in placed in the broader context of his main goals - NATO membership, EU membership and reaching the Azov Sea on the battlefield.

WPolityce asks, "Is the grain crisis reaching its end?":

On the other hand, Marcin Wrona in TVN24 took Zelensky's side, saying that Zelensky's criticisms of Poland as indirectly playing into Russia's hands, were "needed" to "shake Poland out of its smug attitude" with respect to the war and foreign relations.
