This morning, the Warsaw District Court issued both a European Arrest Warrant and a specific arrest warrant for the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Michał K. is currently listed as a wanted individual. In an interview with the weekly magazine "Sieci," he mentioned that he is residing in London while looking for work.

The case pertains to an ongoing investigation into misconduct at the Government Strategic Reserves Agency.

In July, senior officials from the Agency's procurement department were first charged.

A wanted notice was issued for him last Monday, and the Katowice-Wschód District Court has also authorized his temporary detention.

The prosecutor plans to accuse him of participating in a criminal organization and misusing his authority, with potential penalties of up to 10 years in prison. Additional arrests could be anticipated by the prosecution.
