Main priorities will include supporting and protecting crime victims, accountability for Russian war crimes in Ukraine, and combating migrant smuggling.

Bodnar emphasized the importance of legal security and Poland's role in negotiations related to victim protection and reforms in private law, including the harmonization of bankruptcy law.

The Minister also pointed out the need to protect the rule of law and civil society, with a planned conference on this topic in April 2025.

An important issue will also be the digitalization of the judiciary and further actions regarding Russia's accountability for war crimes in Ukraine.
