The average gross monthly wage in the third quarter of 2022 was PLN 6,480.67 (EUR 1,383, USD 1,413), the Statistics Poland (GUS) agency said.
The figure was 5.3 percent up on the second quarter of this year, according to the office.
The state-run statistics agency reported last month that average wages in Poland's corporate sector rose 14.5 percent in October compared with the same month a year earlier.
Meanwhile, inflation in Poland stood at 17.9 percent in year-on-year terms in October, according to a flash estimate released by Statistics Poland at the end of last month.
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said this week that his government would maintain a range of anti-inflation measures next year, but would modify their shape to allay the concerns of the European Commission, the executive arm of the European Union of which Poland is part.
