The Polish Days event is the most important annual promotional event for Polish entrepreneurs in Georgia, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) has said.
The initiative aims to persuade Georgian consumers to opt for high-quality products from Poland, it added.
To facilitate this, products already available in local supermarkets will be appropriately marked and prominently displayed on store shelves.
Meanwhile, manufacturers whose products are not yet available on the Georgian market will be able to showcase their offerings at the event's launch in the country's capital Tbilisi.
The event is expected to draw representatives from major Georgian importers, distributors and retail chains.
The gathering will serve as a platform to establish direct business contacts with potential Georgian partners, according to the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
The agency expects that more than 750 Georgian partners will take part in the promotion of Polish products across various sectors, including retail chains in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, pharmacy and drugstore chains, home improvement stores, car parts retailers and furniture outlets.
