Customs and tax authorities across Poland have issued a total of 37 decisions, including 24 imposing financial penalties totaling over 20.8 million PLN for circumventing sanctions and trading with Russia and Belarus.

Further applications are being processed, identifying additional businesses that may be subject to restrictions for non-compliance with regulations.

Six entities, including Tradeservices from Łochów and VAN7 from Imielin, accused of trading luxury cars and electronics, have been placed on the sanctions list.

Such decisions result in the freezing of all financial assets and economic resources of the specified company.

These companies are automatically excluded from tenders or competitions they participate in, and in the case of foreign nationals, a ban on entering Poland is issued.

According to "Rzeczpospolita," the increase in fines for violating sanctions on trade with Russia and Belarus is a result of changes in the leadership of the National Revenue Administration.

The previous team, within two years of establishing these restrictions, issued only two decisions with fines totaling 71.3 thousand PLN.
