The figure was 0.1 percentage point lower than forecast by economists polled by state news agency PAP.
Poland's gross domestic product expanded by 3.2 percent in the second quarter of this year, according to the state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) agency.
The Polish statistics office is expected to report full third-quarter data on November 28.
The World Bank last month raised its forecast for Polish economic growth this year to 3.2 percent, from a previous projection of 3 percent.
Poland's gross domestic product expanded by 0.2 percent in 2023 as a whole, after growing 5.6 percent in 2022, according to Statistics Poland.
