The Polish Armaments Agency and Fabryka Broni "Łucznik" in Radom, located in central Poland, have signed an agreement for the delivery of military equipment for soldiers.
The contract concerns the delivery of approximately 46,000 MSBS GROT rifles, 1,300 mounted grenade launchers, and 13,000 VIS 100 pistols for the Polish Armed Forces.
The signing ceremony was attended by, among others, Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
The new weapons, developed as part of the TYTAN program, have been gradually introduced into the standard equipment of the Polish military over the past few years.
On the same day, ahead of the Christmas holidays, the Polish president and his wife, along with Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, met with soldiers at the 1st Transport Aviation Base in Warsaw.
