Industry experts say that at senior managerial levels, the market is now increasingly global, boosting salary parity with other European countries.
According to consultancy WTW, cited by Rzeczpospolita, top executives’ pay rises in 2024 lagged behind broader wage budget increases in surveyed companies. Salaries for senior managers are projected to climb in 2025 at roughly the same pace as overall pay budgets—around 6.3%.
Recruitment firm Page Executive estimates that Polish CEOs did see pay increases last year, but only in the range of 3–6%, below the 4.8% inflation rate in December. The newspaper notes that while remuneration packages are growing more slowly, they still approach levels seen in other European markets.
