The event celebrated young members of the Polish diaspora and professionals of Polish descent taking part in a new internship scheme.

Launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, the programme welcomed 100 successful candidates from the EU, the European Economic Area, the UK, the US, and Canada, aged 18–35.

Participants are undertaking three-month internships at 48 Polish companies, gaining professional experience while strengthening connections with Poland’s business community and culture.

At the gala, Sikorski and Mościcka-Dendys highlighted the initiative’s importance for participants’ careers and the government’s diaspora policy.

Certificates were presented to interns and partner companies, and plans are underway to expand the scheme to more members of the global Polish diaspora.
