The reading was 0.1 percentage point lower than forecast by economists polled by Poland's PAP news agency.
'Good news to round out the year': PM
Prime Minister Donald Tusk welcomed the data in a post on X, calling it "good news to round out the year."
In November, the prices of consumer goods and services in Poland were 2.5 percent higher than in the same month a year earlier, according to the state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) agency.
In October, Poland's consumer price index stood at 2.8 percent, Statistics Poland reported.
Next year, Polish inflation is expected to average 3.1 percent, under the country's budget approved by parliament earlier this month.
The Polish central bank predicted in its latest Inflation Report, released on November 7, that inflation would average 3.7 percent in 2025, followed by 2.9 percent in 2026 and 2.5 percent in 2027.
