The average gross monthly wage in the first quarter of 2026 was PLN 9,562.88 (around EUR 2,250, USD 2,620), the Statistics Poland (GUS) agency said.
The figure was 4 percent up on the final quarter of last year, according to the office.
The state-run statistics agency reported last month that average wages in Poland's corporate sector increased by 6.6 percent in March compared with the same month a year earlier.
Meanwhile, inflation in Poland stood at 3.2 percent in year-on-year terms in April, according to a flash estimate released by Statistics Poland at the end of last month.
The country's minimum monthly wage increased 3 percent at the start of this year to PLN 4,806, from PLN 4,666 in 2025.
