The average gross monthly wage in the second quarter of 2026 was PLN 9,233.13 (EUR 2,145, USD 2,505), the Statistics Poland (GUS) agency said.
The figure was 3.45 percent down on the first quarter of 2026, according to the office.
The state-run statistics agency reported this month that average wages in Poland's corporate sector increased by 6.8 percent in July compared with the same month a year earlier.
Meanwhile, inflation in Poland stood at 3 percent in year-on-year terms in July, according to a flash estimate released by Statistics Poland in mid-August.
