The statistics office in April reported that the Polish economy grew 4.1 percent last year and that it expanded by 5.3 percent in 2018.
The latest figure for last year is 0.5 percentage points higher than an initial estimate of 4 percent released by the office in January.
The state-run statistics agency said in late August that the Polish economy contracted 8.2 percent in the second quarter of this year, after posting 2 percent growth in the first quarter of 2020.
Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Polish economy is expected to shrink by 4.6 percent in 2020 as a whole, under a budget revision proposed by the government.
