The annual event, which is being held for the seventh time, will focus on an energy crisis caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine and investment in renewable energy sources, according to organisers.
Other topics include cybersecurity and trade and business deals between Three Seas Initiative countries in Europe, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
Expected participants include Poland’s President Andrzej Duda and Deputy Prime Minister and State Assets Minister Jacek Sasin.
The name of the two-day conference comes from the first three digits of an international retail bar code signifying that a product comes from Poland.
Polish Radio is a media partner of the event.
The Polish-led Three Seas Initiative aims to boost infrastructure, energy and business ties among 12 European Union countries between the Baltic, Black and Adriatic Seas.
