Polish GDP growth rates revised up
The Polish economy expanded by 5.8 percent in the second quarter of this year, after growing 8.6 percent in the first quarter, the country’s statistics office said on Thursday, revising upward its previous estimates for both quarters.

The state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) agency in late August reported that the Polish economy grew 5.5 percent in the second quarter of this year.
Statistics Poland estimated in late May that the Polish economy expanded by 8.5 percent in the first quarter of 2022.
The statistics office on Thursday also revised its quarterly estimates for Polish GDP growth in previous years, state news agency PAP reported.
