The reading was 0.1 percentage point higher than a flash estimate of 3.5 percent released by the Statistics Poland (GUS) office earlier this month.
Investment increased by 2 percent, private consumption rose 0.9 percent, and domestic demand grew by 3.1 percent in Poland in the third quarter of 2022, Statistics Poland reported.
Poland's gross domestic product expanded by 5.8 percent in the second quarter of this year, after growing 8.6 percent in the first quarter, according to the state-run Statistics Poland (GUS) agency.
Poland’s central bank earlier this month updated its GDP growth forecasts for the country, saying it now expects the economy to expand 4.6 percent in 2022 as a whole, followed by 0.7 percent growth in 2023.
A Polish deputy finance minister this month predicted that 2023 "will be a difficult year" for the country’s public finances, but added that “there are grounds for cautious optimism.”
