Eurostat announced the latest EU unemployment data on Tuesday.
Poland's jobless rate was 2.8% in November, with only the Czech Republic and Malta recording a lower figure, at 2.4% and 2.5%, respectively.
Meanwhile, Spain had the bloc's highest unemployment rate in November, at 11.9%, followed by Greece on 9.4%, according to Eurostat.
The overall jobless rate in the EU stood at 5.9% in November, officials in Brussels said.
Poland's ministry of family, labour and social policy on Monday said that unemployment had stood at 5.1% in December, slightly lower than in December 2022, and up from 5% in November 2023 for seasonal reasons, according to a flash estimate.
