Stanisław Bartman, president of the Podkarpacka Agricultural Chamber, stated in an interview with Polish Radio Rzeszów that the spring weather adversely affected the quality of the grain. Despite this, the favorable conditions during the harvest season helped ease the farmers' work.

The quality of some crops has been impacted by a dry spring followed by subsequent rains. Bartman noted that this year's grain will have somewhat lower quality compared to last year, with an increase in feed grain, but there will still be sufficient grain for bread.

The Podkarpacie region in southern Poland was largely unaffected by natural disasters, encountering fewer storms and hail than other regions. Farmers are now gearing up for the next planting season, beginning with rapeseed and proceeding with winter barley, rye, and wheat.
