With this transaction, Euricom, a global leader in the rice industry, will become one of the key players in the European Union's healthy rice snacks sector, according to the portal milanofinanza.it.

statement released by Euricom indicates that the company intends to invest financially in new production lines and expand the current snack offerings.

"This acquisition will help us reach consolidated revenues of around 1 billion euros in a short period," confirmed Euricom President Bruno Sempio. In 2022, the company's revenues were estimated at approximately 817 million euros.

"In the five years that Sonko has been part of the OSHEE Group, we have achieved most of our goals. OSHEE is now focusing on its core activities in the beverage sector and plans to make an acquisition in Western Europe to strengthen its position and drive expansion in that market," commented Dariusz Gałęzewski, President of OSHEE.
