The average gross monthly wage in the third quarter of 2024 was PLN 8,161.62 (EUR 1,880, USD 1,985), the Statistics Poland (GUS) agency said.
This amount marked a 1.5 percent increase over the second quarter of the year, according to the office.
The state-run statistics agency reported last month that average wages in Poland's corporate sector in September increased by 10.3 percent compared with the same month a year earlier.
Meanwhile, inflation in Poland stood at 5 percent in year-on-year terms in October, according to a flash estimate released by Statistics Poland at the end of last month.
Poland's government in September approved a proposal to increase the country’s minimum wage to PLN 4,666 (EUR 1,085, USD 1,196) a month from January next year.
At the moment, the minimum monthly wage in Poland is PLN 4,300.
