Inflation in Poland: November data released

The core inflation rate increased to 4.3% in November compared to 4.1% in October, according to the National Bank of Poland.

The NBP reported that in November, inflation excluding food and energy prices stood at 4.3%, while the CPI index for the same period was 4.7% year-on-year.

Excluding administratively controlled prices, inflation was 3.2%, down from 3.5% the previous month.

Inflation, excluding the most volatile prices, remained steady at 5.3%, unchanged from the previous month.

Excluding food and energy prices, inflation was 4.3%, up from 4.1% in the previous month.

The so-called 15% trimmed mean inflation, which removes the impact of the 15% of the price basket with the smallest and largest changes, was 4.4%, slightly down from 4.5% last month.
