The figure disappointed analysts, who had predicted a 0.2 percent drop in their consensus forecast, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
In month-on-month terms, Polish industrial production in November was 5.4 percent lower than in October, the Statistics Poland (GUS) agency said.
Meanwhile, the country's seasonally-adjusted industrial production went up by 1.1 percent in year-on-year terms in November, while decreasing 2.8 percent month on month, the state-run statistics office reported.
According to the European Union's Eurostat statistics agency, which uses a different methodology, seasonally-adjusted industrial production rose 3 percent in October compared with the same month last year.
