The meeting, billed as the 5th Polish Diaspora Media Forum, is part of a series of events launched in 2014 to bring together Polish media organizations around the world.
The event, being held under the motto "Media in the Face of Crisis," aims to explore security challenges stemming from Russia's invasion of Ukraine and repression against journalists in many countries.
Topics up for discussion include war reporting and the risks faced by journalists working in Russia and Belarus, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
Expected participants include Jan Dziedziczak, a Polish government minister in charge of relations with Poles abroad.
