This Letter continues the topic of coffee culture, following the development of coffee outlets since the return of capitalism and democracy to Poland in 1989: from "Turkish-style" coffee in informal settings or milk bars to the expensive Starbucks. Does this nice hot drink bring us together, or has it become so expensive that it is part of social polarisation?
