Until a few years back only the Poznań region preserved its traditional dishes for November 11th. Now the goose and the Poznań croissant have made it to a traditional nationwide menu for the day. And we have a special young wine to accompany the meal as well. Agnieszka Bielawska and Elżbieta Krajewska discuss.
