Poles treat their work primarily as a source of income rather than a place to make friends, according to the latest study, 'Poles at work and their behaviors’, published by ARC Rynek and Preply. Yet, 59% of respondents acknowledge good relations with their colleagues as an essential part of their lives. However, as many as 76% complain about their coworkers' negative behavior. What annoys them that much? Ada Janiszewska, from Radio Poland, interviewed Sylvia Johnson from Preply to learn more about the reasons behind it.
