The concert will take place at Polish Radio premises in Warsaw, starting at 7 p.m., according to officials.
Polish Radio's Christmas fundraiser Choinki Jedynki, now in its 22nd year, sees items donated by showbiz celebrities, artists and sports stars auctioned on air by the public broadcaster.
This year, donators included First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda, the Polish Post Office and tennis star Iga Świątek, among others.
Paintings created by children, as well as by celebrities and artists, also went on auction to support the initiative, Polish Radio's IAR news agency reported.
Thanks to their efforts, and the generosity of the listeners, the 2023 Choinki Jedynki drive raised some PLN 160,000 (EUR 37,000) for those in need, according to officials.

Funds raised will go toward two charitable foundations, including one run by well-known actress Anna Dymna and called Mimo Wszystko (In Spite of Everything).
Thursday's concert is a thank-you to those who took part in Choinki Jedynki, and will also see the funds handed over to the two charities, the IAR news agency reported.
The event, featuring a performance by young pop singer Kuba Szmajkowski, will be aired live by Polish Radio One and on the public broadcaster's social media.
