The missing man, aboard the Polish-flagged yacht Nautis, is being sought by Polish and Spanish maritime services, the Polish and Spanish embassies, and German police, according to reports.

The case of the 59-year-old missing in the Atlantic is being monitored by Polish diplomats, with the Polish consul in Madrid remaining in contact with local search authorities and the traveler's relatives.

"This is all we can say at the moment," said Polish foreign ministry spokesman Paweł Wroński.

The sailor's disappearance was reported by his son, who issued a dramatic plea for help via social media.

Contact with Siedlecki was lost last Thursday, June 13, when he failed to reach the port of Pasito Blanco on Gran Canaria. He had a flight planned from Las Palmas to Frankfurt but did not show up at the airport.

The sailor's family has provided detailed information about the missing yacht (Elan Impression 434, Nautis, registration number: Pol19474).

The Automatic Identification System (AIS) system on board is not functioning, making it impossible to pinpoint its exact location via radar.

Siedlecki's relatives suspect an electrical and steering system failure, causing the boat to drift on the ocean without the ability to reach any port.

All vessels that may come across the missing yacht are requested to make contact.
